A: As we intend to offer the utmost level of excellence we combine each creation by hand, therefore they are typically shipped within 5 - 7 business days after order placement. Exact shipping times will vary based on one's geographic location.

Q: What is your refund/return policy?
Merchandise purchased will be subject to exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of purchase or delivery date. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
